About CFBC
We CFBC are a ministry located in the Philippines, in the Province of Bataan, Pampanga and Zambales. We started out in Bataan in the year 2000 with our pioneer church in the town of Duale, Limay, Bataan by Rev. Ramil Ofrecio. By the grace of our Lord, we are now pushing through Pampanga and Zambales.

Our Founder & Executive Pastor
Rev. Ramil Q. Ofrecio and his wife Melanie went to Limay, Bataan in 1998 after serving as an Assistant Pastor at Orion Independent Baptist Church on 1997. Rev. Ramil Ofrecio started the work of God by faith. With only Six Children attended the first service, he continued to win souls and led people to Christ. The attendance grew from six to over a hundred. Three years after, CFBC bought a property at a gated community in Emerald Coast Executive Village, Limay, Bataan. A Church building and a Parsonage was also built thereafter by God’s provisions.
Rev. Ramil Ofrecio’s Visions includes training men and women for God’s ministry which gives way to the birth of Heartbeat Baptist Bible College on 2011. HBBC was first met at the auditorium of CFBC which also served as dormitories. On 2016, God opens the door to acquire the foreclosed property belonging to The Daughters of St. Dominic School of Limay, a Catholic Education Institution. A monumental history happened on the day CFBC stepped in to the property. Cornerstone Fundamental Baptist Church are now present at all towns in the Province of Bataan with extensions to Zambales and Pampanga. Rev. Ramil Q. Ofrecio and his wife Melanie is blessed with four lovely children, Brilliant who is now a Missionary to Balanga City, Ian Piolo, 19, serves as Youth Director, Marc Gio, 18, works in the Children Ministry, and Brittany Faith, 16, a Sunday School Teacher.

Rev. Ramil Ofrecio also served as the National Director of HeartBEAT International Missions located at 2104 Stateline Rd., Elizabethton, Tennessee 37643, USA.
